ESL Teachers
METEN ENGLISH currently has a headcount of 2000 staff, which also include 100 foreign teachers and 200 local teachers. Due to our company expansion, we are looking for teachers to teach in the following cities: Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dongguan, Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiamen, Wuhan and Zhongshan. METEN ENGLISH offers you a great opportunity to explore China with us.
The courses offered at METEN ENGLISH cover general English for teenagers and young adults as well as business English for working professionals.
METEN ENGLISH has a class size of no more than 4 for our private courses, and no more than 12 for our activity classes.
Our working hours are 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. Among the 40 hours per week, teachers are expected to teach no more than 25 hours. The rest of the hours will be necessary for our teachers to understand more about our own METEN curriculum and to attend regular seminars conducted by our experienced national and regional senior trainers.
Our teachers will have more in depth knowledge of the Chinese ESL industry and the needs of the Chinese students while developing their ESL Career!
Qualifications:
Our minimum requirements are that the candidate must be a degree holder, and TESOL/TEFL/CELTA trained and certified. In addition, the candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country. A candidate with two years of work experience is preferred.
