We provide live and interactive classes to Chinese students across China, with our professional native English speaking teachers all located either in the UK or US. Our self-developed online teaching platform offers a fully interactive environment in which teachers and students can communicate efficiently and effectively in real-time.

Job summary/Key responsibilities:

 To provide online English speaking classes to Chinese students.

 Aiding in the development of lesson plans and audio and video projects would be appreciated.

 Each new teacher will undergo a 3-month trial period, followed by a 1-year contract.

We are looking for candidates who are active and out-going and can provide a fun, interactive classroom atmosphere. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to encourage their students to speak English as much as possible – correcting any grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation mistakes along the way.

Location:

 Beijing, China.

Working Hours:

A required 300 classes (25 minutes per class) are to be taught each month, working 6 days per week. However, each month we provide 4 days of paid leave.

Qualifications/Minimum requirements:

 Native English speaker.

 College/University graduate or higher.

 Minimum of 3 years English teaching experience.

 Qualifications: candidates must have obtained a TESOL/ESL certificate or other teaching qualifications.

 Computer literate. Have experience using Microsoft Office programs.

Benefits:

The position will include assistance with the Chinese work visa application process and we can also offer you free Chinese lessons provided by our experienced Chinese teachers.

Salary:

Up to 18000RMB per month (dependent upon experience, qualifications, individual assessment and commission).

The base salary is 10000-12000RMB. On top of the base salary, we offer a sales commission of an additional 30RMB per student purchase. This is based upon on a student purchasing a set of courses within a month of taking part in a VIP trial class with yourself.
