Yuxi (Yunnan Province) – September 1, 2015

> Qualifications:

- You must have a minimum of a BA degree for the position listed above

- You must be TEFL (120 hours) certified

- You must have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience (years count only after graduation and being certified)

- You must be a native English speaker between the ages of 23 and 35

> Salary/Benefits:

7,100 RMB - 12,000 RMB monthly (depending on qualifications and school branch location) and benefits

The managers at the school have all started out as teachers, as there are many opportunities to build a career and they promote heavily from within. From recruitment consultants to course developers, there are opportunities in a wide variety of fields. They provide ongoing support to help their teachers further develop their careers and offer the opportunity to travel the world. Teachers are contracted to work an average of 20-25 teaching hours, depending on the branch school and the time of the year. Most schools will run special courses during the summer and winter school breaks.
