ESL Teachers in Shenzhen, China

Responsibility:
 Prepare and deliver high quality lessons and student club activities;
 Prepare and submit lesson plans;
 Assess students’ work and provide feedback;
 Attend staff activities and meetings;
 Maximum lessons: 20 per week (40/45 mins)
 Office hours: According to schools’ arrangements;
 Students’ age: 3-6/ 6-12/ 12-15/ 15-17 year-old;
 Class size: 40 +;

Selection Criteria:
 Bachelor’s degree or above;
 Over two years of full time teaching experience or Possess an English teaching qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, ESOL, CELTA or PGCE etc;
 Non-criminal background check;

Compensation:
 Monthly salary 15,000-20,000 (in RMB yuan),housing allowance included, negotiable;
 Social insurance;
 Public holiday;
 Summer or Winter holidays with basic salary;
 Reimbursed residence permit, and obligatory medical check-up;
 Regular teaching training;
 TEFL in China course available free of charge to Haida staff (conditions apply);

 RMB5,000 airfare allowance on completion of contract;
 7 days of Hotel provided upon arrival.
