ESL Teachers Needed Immediately in Beijing, China

This is a provider of English Language Training (ELT) in the after-school and pre-school markets in China. It employs subject-based learning and uses math, art, science to teach English. Classes are conducted entirely in English and through the use of interactive media, the child develops a real-world understanding of English rather than traditional rote learning for tests. A standardized curriculum is delivered on whiteboards by teachers allowing for a uniform teaching experience and a rapid roll-out of learning centers.

Position: Full –time ESL teacher in Beijing, China
• Wednesday to Friday: 15:00-20:30
• Saturday to Sunday : 9:00-18:00
• Teaching hours no more than 18 hours per week
• Average class size : 15 students
• Age: 8+

Starting from 17000 RMB (after tax) per month based on teaching experience
• 10-days paid vacation per year
• Pay raise based on performance evaluation after a one-year contract
• Assistance in applying for a Z working Visa
• Round trip flight reimbursement ticket after completion of a one-year contract (Max - 7000 RMB)
• All Chinese holidays off (Paid legal holidays)
• 10 days annual leave paid vacation, plus 5 sick days with full pay.

Position requirements
• Citizenship from the US, the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, South Africa, or New Zealand
• TEFL (120 hrs) and Bachelor Degree or above (All documents needed to be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in your Country)
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Provide a national background check with no criminal charges from your country of citizenship
• More than two years of teaching experience preferred
• Good personality, neat appearance, and strong work ethic
