Guiyang T&T Education is a private English training institute, offering classes after public school hours. Most of our students spend 2 or 4 hours a week studying in our school and receive their regular education in the public schools. Our classes are scheduled mainly in the evening (Wednesday through Friday, 18:00 - 21:00, some branches from 14:00 to 21:00 on Fridays) and at weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00). We need teachers to be flexible because some branches may have a different schedule subject to public school's.

Benefit Package

1. A Monthly salary of 8000RMB (Chinese Yuan) with a weekly workload of 23 class hours plus 15 office hours, with each class hour between of 40 and to 60 minutes;

2. A Free separate private apartment of one or two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a washroom, with a TV, the Internet, a fridge, a microwave oven provided;

3. A Travel allowance of 1000USD when successfully completing a one-year-term service;

4. A Bonus of up-to 2000RMB when completing a one-year-term service, with additions or deductions calculated based on the students’ satisfaction survey.
