ESL Teachers Wanted!

Jump A-Z was founded in Nanjing back in 2007. It specializes in teaching English to children aged 3-16 years, as well as cultivating their social and academic capacity with interactive teaching approaches and subject-oriented textbooks. Our courses cover three stages - Early Start, Jump Start and High Achievers. We currently have 40 ESL teacher working in 8 branches, providing classes to over 4000 students.

Our fantastic ESL teachers deliver classes to children aged 3-16 years. At Jump A-Z, we pride ourselves in having a strong academic approach whilst also taking into account students social development. Jump A-Z aims to foster a culture of caring, responsibility, progress, creativity and cooperation.

- Create and deliver engaging, high quality lessons for our students.

- Make full use of our teaching software and all materials provided by the company after training.

- Submit lesson plans to the Academic Manager every Sunday.

- Attend weekly professional development workshops.

- Provide feedback on his/her observations of students to the supervisory teacher.

- Communicate student learning progress with parents with the help of our local teachers.

- Endeavour to give every child the opportunity to reach their potential.

- Willing to work full time: 32 working hours per week including 20 hours teaching hours and 12 office hours

- Competitive salary (14000-18000RMB per month, depending on qualifications)

- Native English speakers with bachelor degree or higher.

- A passion for education.

- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.

- 120 hour TEFL/TESOL certificate or higher.

- Be honest, caring, responsible, progressive, creative and cooperative.
