Job Description:

a) Student age: 3~6

b) Class size: 28-30 students

c) Working hours: 7:45am – 5:30pm, 2.5 hours noon break, Monday-Friday, two hours break at noon time

d) 2 days off per week

e) Class teaching, preparation and complete paperwork

f) Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager

g) Attending training, meetings and company activities

h) Attend and participate in student activities

i) Attend parents’ meetings

j) Continuously learning and improving on teaching techniques

k) Maintain a good relationship with class members and their parents

Compensation:

  • Salary: 15,000-16,500 RMB/month (Shanghai)
  • Basic Salary: 13,500-15,500 RMB/month (Hangzhou)
  • Medical check-up fees
  • Housing allowance: 2,000-4,000 RMB/month, (depends on the city)
  • 5,000RMB reimbursement for document authentications, including: work visa and residence
  • Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: 6,000 RMB
  • Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
  • Medical and Accident Insurance provided
  • Up to 5 days free hotel provided on arrival
  • Free upfront flight ticket for recent graduates in 2018/2019: (Optional)
  • 11 days public holiday/year, 2 days off/week, summer and winter vacations
  • On-going training and professional development

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent English Speaker from: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa. (Chinese Z-Visa requirement)
  2. Major in early childhood education, drama or art preferred
  3. Two years kids teaching experience strongly preferred, TESOL certification is a plus
  4. Aged between 24-40
  5. Clean record check
