ESL Teaching Job in Beijing

An experienced ESL teacher required for a full-time role on fixed term, 1-year contract, for a small international boarding school based in Beijing.

Candidates with experience of teaching international students and are able to offer an extra-curricular activity are desirable.

The School

New Jinghua only opened its doors three years ago and in that time has established a reputation for innovative education of young Chinese

nationals in its Kindergarten to Junior High programmes. Since 2013 there has been a dedicated International Pathway which offers students the chance to study iGCSEs and then A levels in either Beijing or any of our schools partners within China or the UK. !

The Role

• Leading the teaching of English as a second language for all ages of a Kindergarten to 18 boarding school

• Guiding non-ESL trained staff in the delivery of lessons for non-native English speakers

• Supporting the schools extra-curricular programme

• Supporting the extended working day of a typical boarding school and weekend activities

• Assisting with the lessons delivered to younger students by Chinese teachers

• Supporting our Cloud School by appearing in video captured lesson content !

The Contract
