ESL Teaching jobs for young learners in China; available in various EF China centres in Guangzhou and Shenzhen (in the South of China near Hong Kong) – Various 2012 Start Dates
Overview: EF - English First is looking for dynamic and student-oriented individuals who are serious about teaching ESL China and developing young students & impacting on their lives. Teaching young learners is very rewarding & EF is renowned for their strong education focus, course materials, facilities & our development of teachers.
Location: The EF centres are located in Guangzhou and Shenzhen (in the South of China near Hong Kong)
Contract Terms: One year term with an option to renew
Compensation and Benefits:
Market competitive salary (12,350RMB per month)
Additional allowances for teaching/TESOL qualifications
Paid annual leave (10 days + Chinese National Holidays)
Sponsored Z working visa
Roundtrip airfare stipend
Health Insurance
Arrival support
Help upon arrival; including, welcome pack, support and airport arrival support
Chinese lessons
Accommodation assistance
2 weeks free accommodation upon arrival
Induction teacher training program
Classroom-based professional development
Candidate Profile and Qualifications: Successful applicants, are between the age of 25 and 55 due visa regulations. They enjoy working with children and have strong communication skills. They want to teach, and not entertain and have a genuine interest in developing your professional skills. You are creative and able to add your own flair to our curriculum, have a passion for teaching and compassion for learners, and at the same time detail-oriented and very organized. Qualifications include:
Teaching related experience with young learners (aged 3-7)
A Bachelors degree
Native English ability
No criminal record
A Passport from an English speaking country
