ESL Teaching Staff Needed - Startup Company

An Education Technology company is looking for teaching staff to help the business grow, the company is a start-up business run by foreign management. Located near the International Exhibition Centre. The job is great chance to become a part of a fast paced company which is growing continually with teachers around the world and offices in America, Beijing and soon Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development
- Training and recruiting teaching based in America for online classes
- 10 teaching hours per week (online)
- Exchanging ideas and suggestions on how our service can improve to our customers
- Working closely with IT department on how to improve the technology currently used.

This position is not a teaching job, there is an element of teaching with 10 hours spent taking online classes however you will spend most of your times carrying out the responsibilities listed above.

Benefits:
- 12000 to 15000 depending on experience
