Position
K-12 All Subjects/Primary Homeroom Teachers

Start Date
August 17, 2016

Contract Length
August 17, 2016 ~ July 17,2017. One-Two year contract, renewable.

Location
Beijing, P.R.China

Job Responsibilities
Mon. to Fri. 24-30 periods per week
45 minutes per period.

Job Qualification
-Bachelor degree or above
-Age between 25 to 59
-Minimum two years of teaching experience (preferably ESL teaching experience or IB school teaching experience)
-Teaching Certificate from home countryÅCor 120-hour language teaching certificate in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.

Salary & Benefits
-Negotiable but Commensurate to candidate’s educational background and work experience; Approximately RMB18,000—30,000 (US$2,700-4,500 depending on exchange rate), before tax per month.
-Flight ticket reimbursement up to $10,000RMB/year
On campus free, private apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, approx. 350 square feet.

Position List & Description ( Dalian )

2 Homeroom teachers (For schools in Dalian, China)

Students’ age: 2-6

Teaching materials: some provided by the school; some need to be created by
teachers

Workload: 7:30am-5:30pm (two hours lunch break time) from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A: Native speakers (American, Canadian);
B: Bachelor degree holders or above in Early Childhood Education or Family Child Service or relevant field;
C: Minimum 1 year homeroom teacher work experience;
D: Ability to create kindergarten programs that align with child development age expectations;
E: Ability to manage the class and work well with Chinese staff;
F: Teaching license is required;
G: Devotion in education and care children;
H: Minimum 1 year’s commitment;
I: Accordance with Chinese festivals and holidays;
J: Out going, fun and active personality.

Responsibilities:

1) The working schedule is from7:30am-5:30pm (two hours lunch break time)

2) The Homeroom teachers shall plan lessons and teach in one specific class

3) The Homeroom teachers shall also take the responsibilities as a homeroom teacher to ensure children are care-given and supervised, discipline maintained and health and safety maintained as well.

4) In addition to that, the Homeroom teachers shall participate in the re quired discussion, meetings, environment decoration, outside kindergarten activities, talking to parents and lesson planning.

5) The Homeroom teachers shall regularly complete the reports of teaching to the parents, such as: weekly lesson plan, monthly goals, and is responsible for the completion of other related written materials, such as observation records and so on.

6) The Homeroom teachers shall accept the assessment, evaluation and reward or punishment based on the performance evaluation criteria during his/her tenure. 7Åj Homeroom teacher will lead the class all day in charge of everything of the class.

Homeroom teachers Salary and Benefits:
A. Pre-tax Salary: RMB 18,000 per month and the personal income tax shall be paid by him/herselfÅGDirect deposit

B. Insurance: Provide Group Accident Injury Insurance with Hospitalization of MetLife Insurance
C. Allow 5 days’ unpaid leaves with prior notification of the school first year, after 5 days, all absences are at the discretion of the school
D. Provide 1 week paid summer holiday and 1 week paid winter holiday after one year
E. Overtime pay in accordance with ÅuLabor Law of the People’s Republic of China
F. Supply with lunches in school days;
G. Assistance with accommodation and supply with housing compensation up to 1500 RMB/month
H. Sponsor work (Z) visa, Foreign Expert Certificate & Residence permit
