1) salary (5000rmb/month -10,000 rmb / month (average 7000 rmb / month) depending on backgrounds - degree, experience, able to teach subjects such as math, length of commitment, etc.)

2) flight stipends, (5000RMB after one year commitment, cash early departure will not be paid at all)

3) free accommodation, (sometime shared with another same gender teacher, sometimes independent but always separate bedroom if shared)

4) visa sponsorship. (esp. good for those non degree holders. )

5) requirements: no degree needed for US, UK, NZ, AU, CA, or IE candidates. Other nationalities are considered as long as they have a BA. TEFL/TESOL is always required.
