About the positions

As an English teacher you will join our community of over 3000 full-time teachers in China. You will be teaching English to children ages 3-18. For the preschool children you will have a teaching assistant and small classes of only 8 students. For the older students classes sizes will be 16 students or less.

You will be teaching around 20 hours a week with 2 scheduled days off.

Main Responsibilities

Using electronic media and award-winning ESL courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively. Our teachers have piece of mind that they always have what they need within our excellently resourced schools.

Participating in our fun social activities with students organized by your school to encourage oral English proficiency.

Person Specification

A Bachelor’s Degree

The ability to obtain a clear background check

UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand Passport

No Experience Necessary

Professional and enjoy working with children

(Higher salaries are available for experience teachers and teachers with educational certification)

Salary and Benefits

Working with us you will be earning an excellent salary along with generous benefits. Teachers can enjoy a very comfortable lifestyle in China while some still save 50% or more of their salaries.

Excellent salary: 8,000 to 20,000 RMB depending on qualifications, experience and school location

Accommodation: free accommodations, near the school or a housing allowance (depending on the city/school)

Flight allowance: 7,000 – 10,000 RMB
Full Guidance given and assistance on everything that is needed to transition to working in China.

Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided

Annual leave: 21 Days+ paid holiday

Teach Support and Development

Our world-class teacher development program provides the opportunity to enroll in certification courses and training modules, thus enabling a strong grounding necessary for advancing a career in teaching and teaching management. Teachers are also encouraged to participate in company-organized networking and social events, Chinese classes and other community-based activities.
