Guided e-Learning, Ltd. is looking for experienced EFL professionals to work with us as local consultants.

Guided e-Learning, Ltd. (http://www.guidedelearning.com) is a leading provider of online learning and online student services to private EFL schools. We work with many of the top schools in the UK, Ireland, Australia, the US and Malta. Our clients include international chains, Star award winning schools, ELToN award winning schools and schools with the most British Council points of excellence.

We are looking for experienced EFL professionals in Shanghai and Beijing who would be interested in working with us.

This job involves both marketing and teacher training. The first stage is identifying and engaging potential partner schools. If the school decides to use our platform, you would work with them to make sure that they understand the academic tools, help them to implement our system and train their staff.

To be successful in this job you need:

• Conversational Mandarin

• Solid EFL experience (5+ years)

• Teacher training experience

• Knowledge of your local market

• To be able to establish rapport with other EFL professionals

• To feel comfortable contacting and engaging with school owners and directors

• To be comfortable working with computers

Sales or marketing experience is desirable, but the main thing is that you have good knowledge of your local market so that you can help identify the best candidate schools, and that you have strong EFL academic experience to work with the school to implement the system.

This job is likely part-time to start going to full time. We would pay a weekly stipend to get you started, followed by commission on sales. The overall package could easily exceed CNY 300,000.00.
