Compensation and Benefits:

• Teaching English to children aged 3-12, small classes with the help of an assistant Chinese teacher
• 7,000 RMB Training Bonus
• 6,000 – 8,000 RMB salary depending on qualifications and experience
• Eligibility for additional quarterly incentive based upon overall Center performance
• Minimum 40 hour work week (20-25 contact hours) including evening and weekends
• Paid vacation time, plus Chinese national holidays

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• English language fluency including but not limited to: proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, and proper use of adjectives and adverbs
• Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm
• A passion for educating young learners and a keen interest in their development
• Ability to relocate to China for a 12 to 15-month contract


Desired Qualifications:

• Internationally recognized TEFL or TESOL certification
• 24 months of post-bachelor's education experience
• Nationality of US. Canada, British, Australia preferred.
• Familiarity/affinity with the Golden English brand
