Workload

1.From Monday to Friday, no classes in the weekends.

2.18-25 classes per week, each class lasts about 45 minutes.

3.17-20 hours per week and no office hours.

NOTE: Above is suitable for most public schools, some training language center maybe different in workload.

Benefits:

1. 5000RMB-10000RMB(free of tax) per month (negotiable, varies according to the consumption level of the city and the qualification of the employee.)

2.Assist teachers with his/her visa, foreign expert certificate, residence permit in order to stay and work in China legally.

3.Free meals and private accommodations with TV, microwave oven, induction

cooker,refrigerator,washing machine,air-condition,net, etc at school.

4.If you teach over two semesters and got much trust from us we will offer you 2000-4000 RMB flight allowance.

5.The transportation fee from Beijing to the school will be paid by our company.

6.Airport pick-up and welcome dinner and airport seeing-off after the completion of the program.

7.When the holiday comes, you can find a part-time job with flexible working time.

8.Providing accident insurance for foreign staff by the public school.

9. Mandarin lessons supply if possible.

Qualifications :

1.Native English speakers (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia,South Africa or NZ) is

preferred.

2.Bachelor degree (or diploma) is a plus.

3.Teacher certificate is preferred.

4.TESOL/TEFL Certification (Neither are essential)

5.Positive attitude, reliable, independent and be able to work under a dynamic environment.

6.Highly-motivated with pleasant personality.

Responsibilities:

1.Planning and delivering lessons to students.

2.Using ppt or other digital courseware to teach English efficiently

3.Evaluating study progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement.

4.Participating in social activities with students organized by school to encourage oral

English proficiency.

5.Maintaining regular office hours.
