Foreign owned school in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province needs teachers asap!  Don't be fooled by the countless false job advertisements!  Come be part of a family and avoid being used as someone's tool or property!  We can supply a real working "Z" visa when others claim they can but in fact, cannot.  Take a look at what we have to offer...

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Preferred nationality from native English speaking countries such as the United States, The United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Canada with native pronunciation

• University degree (Bachelor’s and above)

• TESL/TESOL/TEFL/TEYL certificate

• Male or female (equal opportunity employer)

• Outgoing, energetic, passionate and cheerful

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Loving and patient; enjoy working with children

• Ability to promote and preserve a happy and exciting atmosphere in able to amplify the students’ learning experience

• No criminal record or any harmful habits

• Willing to work weekends

• Willing to stay for at least one year 

Here’s what to expect: 

• 10,000 RMB monthly salary (highest in the area!)

• Downtown area apartment (1500 RMB monthly housing allowance)

• Legal “Z” working visa

• 10 days paid annual holiday, plus 11 days paid Chinese national holidays as well as 10 additional days holiday of which are set by the school in the summer

• Health insurance

• 3 paid sick days

• Mandarin Chinese classes

• Airfare allowance of 6000 RMB, 3000 RMB will be reimbursed after one semester (6 months), the remaining 3000 RMB will be reimbursed upon completion of the contract (another 6 months)

• 25 working hours (no office hours!)

• 2 days per week off

• M-F: classes begin at around 5 p.m., Sat. & Sun.: all morning and afternoon

• Classes have a duration of 45 minutes each, maximum of 10 students per classroom

• Curriculum provided

• Teaching assistant provided

Life in Huai’an:

     Despite being a smaller city, Huai’an offers a wide variety of culture and experiences. It can easily be said that living here enables you to truly experience China in a way that a larger city would not. However, don’t let the fact that it’s not a huge city scare you! There are many very large shopping plazas (Wanda Plaza, Golden Eagle, etc.) that offer countless clothing stores, restaurants, KTV’s and cinemas. Many beautiful parks can be found throughout the city as well as Buddhist temples, clubs, bars and even a zoo.

      For those who may be new to China and might be a bit squeamish about the food or simply would like the occasional taste of home, there are many western style restaurants such as Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Starbucks (x2), McDonald’s (x2), KFC (many) and many more that don’t bear a popular trademark.  

      Moreover, for those who like to cook or get their hands on some favorite snacks from home; there is a Metro Supermarket which sells a myriad of imported products from around the world that would otherwise be difficult to find in China unless you are in a larger city.

      The cost of living in Huai’an is also much cheaper than would be found in larger cities, providing you with an ability to save money while living well!
