Foreign Recruitment Officer in China
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the communication of each project or schools’ recruiting demands
- Expand and develop overseas foreign teachers recruitment channels
- Plan and execute monthly recruiting schedule
- Do initial interview and collect the comments for interviewee from other departments to decide the final candidates for different positions with Ameson
- Salary negotiations, arrangements for contract signing and induction
- Renew contracts with hired teachers or foreign employees
- Follow-up with complaints/issues and find out solutions
- Complete temporary work arranged by leadership
Qualifications:
- BA degree or above, Native English Speaker
- At least 5 years working experience related to education/training industry
- Be familiar with teachers abroad channel such as groups, organizations, primary and secondary school community resources (especially America)
- Know about foreign recruitment platform, have strong recruiting skills
- Have strong ability of data analysis and execution efficiency, track and adjust the various promotion channels, and have a result-oriented mind
- Outgoing and empathetic, have strong ability of interpersonal relationship and skills
Salary&Benefits:
- 15,000 -20,000 RMB per month, Monday to Friday working and weekends off
- 2,000-25,000 monthly accommodation
- Have all Chinese holidays off and 5 sick days leave
