In these classes, Veteran foreign teacher will serve as the head teacher and Chinese teacher as the vice.

Position: English Teacher and Class Management Teacher

(Full-time: 8:00am ~5:00pm)

Job responsibilities: teaching assigned class through various and flexible methods to stimulate pupils’ high interest in English learning; managing and organizing class under the school procedures with the help of Chinese Assistant (Chinese English teacher of school).

The detailed description as follows:

As an English teacher: your courses include both regular curriculum and elective activity course, and the overall work is no more than 20 classes per week. Regular curriculum (40min/class): You will teach students of grade one or grade two. Most of grade one students have zero basis of English while grade two students know the alphabet, some basic English words and simple daily expressions. You could choose the textbook you want to teach, but before the semester you need to submit your overall teaching plan and teaching design for our approval. Elective activity course (1h/class): to enrich students' campus life, every teacher will be in charge of an elective activity course in the afternoon, foreign teacher included. At the end of the course, students need to present what they have learned.

A class management teacher is an organizer, guide, and educator of the class. You will take charge of all aspects of pupils’ school life– study, virtue, safety, mental and physical health, to strengthen your links with students and parents. Besides, you are to organize your class activities, meeting and its participation in school activities and so on.

Qualifications as a Foreign Teacher:

1. English as native language;

2. Bachelor Degree as a must;

3. Veteran English Teacher of primary school, rich experience in primary and early years teaching, able to make efficient teaching results by flexible way with fun;

4. Great passion, patience and love for primary school education;

5. With professional Teacher Certification or under pedagogical education prior considered.
