Teacher Job Description
Teachers at Golden Maple are expected to maintain professionalism and reinforce the high quality and standard that is expected of all employees of GM. Teachers should do their utmost to cultivate an atmosphere of distinction throughout all of the school’s operations and strive to offer a consistently challenging classroom environment for students. GM Teachers should ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with its philosophy and goals.

Main Responsibilities
Appropriately assess and place students into relevant programs
Deliver high quality classes to kindergarten students
Discern the structure of the day’s lesson plan
Issue and explain homework assignments
Prepare all printouts required for the session (handouts, homework sheets etc.)
Meet academic and operations deadlines set by principle
Assist in marketing activities and promotions
Liaise with academic manager
Uses official assessment information to give regular and ongoing feedback to guide and support further learning
Uphold professional behavior and etiquette

Application requirement:
English Native speaker: UK, USA, NZ, AUST, Canada
TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification
Bachelor's degree or above
Teaching experience is a strong asset
1-2 years teaching experience

Available start date: ASAP

Basic Salary: 10000RMB
Schedule:
Working hours: 24 hours of teaching per week
Sunday off each week
Week day schedule: 8:30 AM -11:30 AM
Saturday schedule: 8 AM-7 PM (2 hour for lunch)
Summer and winter schedule will arranged by academic manager accordingly
Summer and winter holidays will arranged by academic manager accordingly
Teaching conditions and benefits:
Contract job: One year commitment at least
No office hours
1000 USD flight reimbursement
Free accommodation and Health and accident insurance
A legal Z Work Visa with work permit provided
Arrival Support: Airport pick-up
11 days for Chinese Public Holidays
5 days for annual leave
3 full paid sick days
Orientation & pre-job Training, on-going training and academic support
