Founded in 2001 with 12 years experience, we are seeking vibrant, enthusiastic and positive new teachers to join our team in Tianjin. With the prospect of teaching onsite and offsite classes, we are currently putting together a brand new team of dedicated and positive teachers. We have 6 centers in Tianjin and more than 100 teaching in our centers in Tianjin. We are looking for candidates are passionate on teaching young leaners aged 3 to 14 years old.

Main Responsibilities

• 40 working hours / week (20 teaching / 20 admin)
• Deliver engaging, effective lessons to children
• Complete all administration tasks in a timely manner
• Actively participate in school activities, fieldtrips, open houses
• Attend professional development workshops and trainings

Requirements

• N ative English speaker
• Bachelor's degree
• TEFL / TESOL certificate
• 1 year teaching experience preferred
• At least 24 years old of age

Compensation Package

Monthly salary:7,500 – 10,100 RMB (depending on teaching experience and qualification)

Airport Pickup:Provided

Accommodation: Western style, furnished, near the school (or 2,500 RMB allowance / month)

Flight reimbursement: 9,000RMB (paid half 6 month, half 12 month)

5,000RMB contract re-sign bonus

Holidays:12 public holidays + 10 days

Insurance: 12 months worldwide ERIKA health, travel and property insurance

On-going training and academic support

Free weekly Mandarin Chinese lessons
