Company Profile - 
USKid is an emerging online learning platform venture-backed by Baidu, the Google of China. Our mission is to raise the English fluency of native Chinese speakers by leveraging the potential of online education and music to connect teachers from English-speaking countries with young students in China. Our hope is to give these students an advantage in life by teaching them a 1-on-1 English immersion curriculum, with an emphasis on songs and chants, from an early age. We are currently recruiting full-time online demo teachers.

Working Location: Beijing£ºxizhimen 
Working hours: 
1.40 hours per week 
2. Work schedule: 2 full days plus 3 half-days a week. 

Responsibilities: 
1.teach demo lessons to potential students(each class lasting 25 mins. ) 
2.training teachers 
3.making of training videos

Position Requirements: 
- Native English Speaker £¨Only North American accent) 
- great with children and excel at fostering curiosity 
- creativity and critical thinking. 
- bachelor's degree or above 
- TESOL /TEFL certificate (preferred)

Brand and Quality control manager

Position Details 
We are currently looking for a full-time Brand and Quality Control Manager. This position consists of several responsibilities, including: 
• Quality control for academic editing for SmartPigai. 
• Coordinating with marketing team to acquire the resources needed for sales activities. 
• Managing, communicating with, and assigning work to academic editors based in the West (primarily in the US, Canada and England). 
• Assisting the chief editor in her/his tasks. 
• Recruiting and training new editors. 
• Conducting performance evaluations on editors. 
• Several other miscellaneous tasks. 
The Quality Control Manager has access to professional development and advancement opportunities. 

Position Requirements 
The Quality Control Manager should also be excited to be working for a rapidly growing company in a vibrant and healthy industry, and be motivated by the prospect of professional development and advancement. Specific requirements include: 
• Native English speaker. 
• A strong understanding of academic writing. 
• Master's degree or higher. 
• Experience in academic sector. 
• 2 years' experience working with non-native English speakers in a teaching or managerial capacity is preferred, not required. 
• A working fluency in Chinese is not required, but is a benefit.
