The Opportunity

Web International English is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our online English teaching team.

About the Position

As an online teacher at Web, you will have access to a platform that allows students from all over China to come together to study and perfect their English skills. Our online teachers make the miracle of distance learning possible, enabling students to use the English they have learned in the real world. Our teachers also provide students with clear and helpful feedback after each class.

Main Responsibilities

- Teach 30 hours/week (each hour contains 2 25-minute lessons).

- Willing to work irregular hours (weeknights and weekends).

- Teachers may be required to work split shifts (e.g., a few hours in the morning, and the remaining hours in the evening).

- Use electronic media and Duobei platform to teach English effectively and efficiently.

- Provide clear and balanced student feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- Internationally recognized TEFL or TESOL certification

- Experience preferred but not required

- Punctual, outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude
