Full-time English Teacher Needed (80 Hours per Month in Shanghai)

Job description:
● Providing high-quality teaching of English (and other languages and subjects); business and vocational English; test preparation; and corporate training
● Lesson planning, occasional student evaluation and feedback
● Some travel between clients involved (no more than 45 minutes)
● Appropriate teaching material and training provided

Working Hours and days:
● 20 teaching hours per week
● Up to 2 office hours per week
● 2 consecutive days off per week

Start date and contract length:
● 12 month contract
● Available year-round

Class size and ages:
● Mainly one-on-one
● Some groups (for corporate clients)

Location:
● Clients home or place of business
● LinguaTutor offices
● Other agreed locations

Requirements:
● Native English speaker only (US/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand)
● Bachelor's degree
● TEFL certificate (or equivalent)
● 2 years teaching experience (written references required)

Salary & Benefits:
● 16,000 RMB per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
● Voluntary overtime available at higher hourly rate (depending on qualifications and experience)
● 300 RMB monthly travel allowance
● 1,500 RMB per month rent stipend
● 6,000 RMB annual flight allowance
