Full Time English Teaching Position in Longman Schools Beijing

Longman Schools Beijing is a member of the Pearson Group , parent company of the Financial Times, Penguin as well as Wall Street English . We are a private children’s English Language Institute with various locations throughout the Beijing metropolitan area. We utilize leading edge technology in every class room by immersing our students in our interactive white-board as well as traditional teaching methods. This methodology optimizes the students learning experience and raises teaching to a new level.

What we offer:

Ø 14000-16000RMB as monthly salary (not crazy high, but reasonable)

Ø Over time pay (150-170RMB/Hour)

Ø Extensive training in Longman teaching methodology

Ø Contract ending bonus (6000 RMB)

Ø Assistance in locating an apartment

Ø 10 Annual leave days a year.

Ø 12 month contract, renewable yearly upon meeting Longman Schools’ academic standard.

Ø Quarterly Performance Bonus

Ø Two days off per week

What we require:

Ø Native English speaker as recognized by the Beijing Educational Bureau (USA, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa)

Ø TEFL/TESOL Certificate from an accredited Institution.

Ø Bachelors Degree (or above) from an accredited University.

Ø Minimum two years teaching experience after university graduation (young learners preferred).

Ø Able to pass physical as administered by Beijing Health Bureau.

Ø Work weekends.

Ø Aged 24 – 55 (as stipulated by the PRC Government – qualification for Z-Visa)

Ø Police Criminal Clearance Certificate

Salary: 14 000-00 to 16 000-00 RMB per month (depending on experience and qualification)
