Full-time ESL Teachers for Public Primary/secondary Schools in Beijing, China

Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) is a national-wide famous university, with over 120-years history in China. We are located in the urban area and adjacent to many places of interests. 

Delegated by Beijing Education Committee, we are recruiting experienced English teachers for our university affiliated primary/secondary schools. The schools are located next to our campus with convenient traffic system. We offer a comprehensive package, fun work atmosphere and support of visa and other living aspects. 

Starting Date: 2017 Spring / Autumn Semesters  

Job Requirements:

• English Native speakers;
• A bachelor’s degree or above;
• TESOL/TESL certificate (min.120hrs), candidate with degree in Pedagogy not required.
• Commitment to 1 year. We welcome teachers devoted to a longer serving period.
• Workdays: Mon to Fri, 16-20 lessons a week of class size 30-40 students, each lesson 40-45 minutes. No office hours required.
• Chinese teaching assistant provided

Remuneration:

• Monthly Salary: RMB13000-15000 (Pre-tax)
• Housing: RMB4000/month
• Round air-tickets (RMB13000/year)
• Social & Medical Insurance
• Working-meals at the school canteen
• Chinese courses at Beijing Jiaotong University.
• Full-paid public holidays and school vocations. (Summer holiday’s term is upon school’s arrangement)

The successful candidate should enjoy working with young people, understand their learning styles and be sensitive to their needs, experience with ESL students will be preferred.
