Full time ESL teaching positions IN BEIJING for native English speakers with free apartment offered

School type : Kindergartens
Time schedule: Mon.-Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm, free lunch.
Kid's age: 3-6 years old.
Class size: 20 students.
Teaching contents: Phonics and simple words and sentences.
Teaching hours: Less than 25 hours weekly, two days off
Requirements: Native speakers preferred.
Qualifications: BA degree and teaching experience preferred

Benefit Package
1. Basic salary: 14,000 RMB per month
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 2,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1000-2000 RMB;
c. Full attendance bonus: 300 RMB;
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance:2000-3000RMB or free accommodation
b. Mobile phone charge allowance: 50RMB;
c. Travel allowance: 1,000 RMB on the completion of 7-month contract with being one time paid;
d. Transportation allowance: 100 RMB
