About Us:

Founded in Taiwan in 1999, American Eagle Institute currently has over 90 centers throughout China. It was established with the vision of improving Asia’s English education to increase the competitive advantage of Asian students in the global world.

Our primary goal is to develop a method of language learning which allows children to apply English without having to translate from their native language. We do this first by introducing an immersion style of learning where only English is permitted inside the classroom. We only hire native English speaking teachers, who are there to not only provide a means for students to learn English, but also provide a channel for the students to understand different western cultures.

Foreign teachers are given all the tools they need to succeed: up-to-date textbooks, workbooks, teaching guides, online resources, and more. Teacher will work with a Teacher Assistant for each class.

1. Student age and class size: 3-15 years old, max. 16 students per class.

2. Working hours: Wed-Fri: 130pm-830pm；Sat-Sun：9am-730pm. 
In total 40 hours per week, among which teaching hours is no more than 22 hours.

3. Package: 
Monthly salary of RMB 14,000-16,000; 
Housing allowance of RMB 4,000 per month, or choose free accommodation; 
Quarterly (RMB 5,000), semester (up to RMB 150 per student) and annual bonus (RMB 9,000); 
Health insurance, airfare allowance (RMB 3,000) and relocation (RMB 1,750) allowance provided; 
Working visa provided and related costs (authentication, China health check, Z-visa expense) reimbursed (original invoice required); 
11 days of national holidays plus 5 days paid holidays per year; 
Professional training provided.

4. Requirement: 
Native English speaker; 
Bachelor degree or above; 
2 years of teaching experience, or TESOL/TEFL certificate; 
Patience with children and enjoy teaching children; 
Team player and great interpersonal skills.
