Full-time Teacher Needed for an American Training Center in Beijing

Hello. My brother and I are American and have an American training center in Beijing.It is located in Shuang Jing/ Jiulongshan.We are looking for a full-time English teacher preferably Native or if not, with a strong British or American accent. 
You do not have to be a Native as long as your accent is good. 
You don't need to be very experienced, the method is all planned and so is each class, so that simplifies things. 
The hours will be about 40 a week, 15-20 hours of teaching, and the rest of the hours will be to help with paper work etc. 
The hours are mainly in the evening from about 5-8pm,but on Saturdays during most of the day, approx. from 9am -5pm. The rest of the time, the hours are flexible. 
The classes consist of a maximum of 6 children, ages 4-10.

The pay will be between 15000-20000 a month depending on your qualifications... 
We provide free ACCOMODATION, (Not shared)which
