Full-time Teachers Needed in Kunming, China

Bright Education Center in Kunming City, capital of Yunnan Province in southwest China, is looking for full-time teachers. Located in downtown Kunming, We are the largest American English training center of the city and focus on teaching English to trainees aged from 4 to 22. You will be responsible for planning and giving classes using our prepared course materials, communicating with Chinese teaching assistants in preparation for your classes and participating in school activities.

Teacher Support and Development
You will be working in a small team and with your Chinese teaching assitants. The team of foreign teachers is managed by a Foreign Teacher Supervisor. Teachers will also be encouraged to participate in networking and social events and other community based activities. As a partner of TESOL New York, we offer TESOL training services to local teachers.We have a strong and regular training mechanism for all our teachers to improve their teaching skills and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

- Planning and delivering English courses to trainees in small classes or workshops and one-on-one tutoring.

Qualifications:

- Native English Speakers from the U.S.;

- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree;

- At least two years of teaching experience;

Packages:

Package A:

- Competitive monthly salary of 8 RMB based on experience and qualifications

- A 5-day work-week. 2 days off during the weekdays.

- 16 teaching hours per week

- 6 office hours per week

. A 6K RMB bonus at the end of one year contract ;

- 4-6 students in a small class, students age from 3-12; one-on-one tutoring is
for teenagers

- Course Material provided by the school

- Chinese National Holidays off

. Work Visa

. A seven-day annual paid vacation

- Medical Insurance

- Airport pickup and arrival assistance

Package B:

- Monthly salary of 10 RMB based on experience and qualifications

- A 5-day work-week. 2 days off during the weekdays.

- 22 teaching hours per week

- 8 office hours per week

. A 10K RMB bonus at the end of one year contract ;

- 4-6 students in a small class, students age from 3-12; one-on-one tutoring is
for teenagers;

- Course Material provided by the school

- Chinese National Holidays off

. Work Visa

. A ten-day annual paid vacation
