Full Time Teachers Needed Most Provinces in China
Start Consulting is authorized by the Chinese government(SAFEA, Registration number: 034) to recruit English teachers for Chinese schools. Our organization has employees very experienced in the ESL recruiting field. We have been in this field for 10 years and have employed more than 2000 foreign teachers for Chinese schools. We have a good reputation among Chinese schools and foreign teachers. Our service for teachers applicants is free. We are familiar with the procedures of employing foreign teachers and only recruit for schools who can sponsor a foreign teacher's work visa. We will make sure that our teachers work in a safe, friendly and helpful environment.
After a contract between you and the school is signed we will do the following things for you: 1, make sure the school sponsors your work visa and delivers the work visa application documents to you. 2, provide guidance in the visa application if necessary. 3, make arrangements for your airport pickup. 4, make sure the school have your apartment available for you before you move in. 5, any other forms of help that you need and we can provide.
After you have arrived in China we will look after you during the time you are contracted to the school. This service includes: 1, make sure your resident permit and foreign expert certificate are processed in time. 2, Help you deal with culture shock if needed. 3, Deal with any problem arising between you and the school; if not resolvable, then we will help you find the appropriate upper level of the Chinese government and lead you through the way. 4, Any other types of help that you need and we can provide.
In Brief Employer: Mostly Chinese governmentally owned schools, universities, colleges and private training centers.
Start date: Immediately or Sept 2013
Salary: 4500 to 18000 Yuan per month (full time)
Air ticket: Round-trip economy class airfare is reimbursed for a two semester contract. One way airfare for a one term contract according to the receipt, or airfare allowance. You will be picked up at the nearest airport and transported to the school for free.
Accommodations: mostly Free with facilities. the floor space ranges from 30 to 200 square meters.
Contract period: two semesters contract (about 10 months) preferred.
Hours per week: 14 to 18 teaching hours for public schools, 20- 30 academic hours for private training centers. (An academic hour is 45 minutes). If you work for private schools, the salary is higher and the working hours are more.
Work days: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. If you work for private training centers, you are expected to work at evenings and weekends.
Holidays (days and dates): All holidays Paid. 1 day in April, 1 day in May, 3 days in October. Summer holiday comprises 8 weeks in July and August (usually one month is paid during this long holiday).
Health Insurance: Usually a school will purchase medical insurance.
Bonus: 2000- 2200 Yuan paid for winter holiday travel allowance.
