Full Time Trainer Position

Requirements:

     Native English speaker

     Two year teaching experiences

     Bachelor Degree or above, English/Linguistics degree preferred

     CELT/TESOL /TEFL certification preferred

     Excellent academic writing skills, team spirit, interpersonal skills, outgoing, professional manners, good presentation, open to suggestions, passionate about teaching and education

Job Description:

     To systematically train foreign teachers and facilitate workshops with other trainers using training materials in (at least) 2 intensive training sessions annually.

     To research and develop training materials with the curriculum team in order to perfect the training system, including the design of training plans and PPTs to reach deadlines.

     To research on teaching products, and to develop relevant implementation lessons for Chinese schools.

     To present regularly with your delivery of each training session to colleagues for discussion and improvement.

     To comply with company policies and complete other assigned works on a timely fashion.

Working hours: 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday

Location: Haidian District, Beijing

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary: 15000 Neg.
