Full Time Training Center Teachers Needed, 16-25k/month

Company description: At Skyedu we are a fairly new training center focusing on improving speaking and listening skills for our students. We believe in fun lessons to increase interest for students, teachers and parents. We are looking for good, passionate English teachers to join our team. We aim to provide all our teachers a fun and comfortable environment and provide the following extras: - Airport pick up and apartment search. - Accidental and medical insurance. - Free access to gym. - Company sponsored professional development. - Birthday parties for employees. - Holiday gifts. - Fun team building exercises.

Position:
Full-time training center native English teacher for students aged between 3-9 years old.

Base Salary:
13000 to 22000 RMB per month depending on experience.
Longer teaching experience the higher the salary.

Housing allowance:
3000 per month.

Other Benefits:
All Chinese national holiday plus 10 days paid Annual leave.
Flight allowance up to 5000 (abroad) or 2000 (mainland China).
Up to 10,000RMB flight allowance after contract completion.
Company sponsored Z-Visa.
Optional extra demo lessons in which teachers will be reimbursed if students sign up.
Visa document reimbursement (up to 6000RMB).
7 days paid hotel upon arrival (up to 1500RMB).
Settlement loan if needed (up to 16,000RMB).

Working hours:
Up to 40 working hours per week (around 12 teaching hours + office hours). Wed-Fri, 2:00pm-9:00pm. Sat-Sun, 8:30am - 6:30pm.
Any extra hours will be compensated as off days with manager's approval.

Candidate Requirements:

Native English speaker.
Bachelor's degree or above.
TESOL/TEFL certified and with teaching license will be preferred.
Some teaching experience will be great but training will be provided.
Confident or experienced in working with children from 3 to 9 years old.
Professional attitude, passionate towards teaching and good communication skills.
