Requirements:

1.1 Native English Speaking from USA, UK, AUS, Canada and New Zealand

1.2 Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm.

1.3 Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master's preferred)

1.4 120 hour TESOL qualification or above

1.5 A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the relevant industry

1.6 Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds.

Work place: IEN Institute of Minjiang University, Fuzhou city, Fujian Province

Contract term: 1year, starts in early Sept, 2014

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (no nights)

Job Responsibilities： Teachers are responsible for developing and contributing to the existing curriculum; constructing lesson plans, partaking in scheduled meetings; and, keeping detailed records of their work and the work of their students.

Age of students: 18-25

Number of students per class: maximum of 30

Each classrooms: is equipped with a computer, led, microphone, and speakers

Curriculum: developed and provided by Australia and American university

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Salary is negotiable（10,000-13,000） based on previous experience, education, and credentials.

Insurance: Domestic Medical Insurance provided

Airfare: 8,000RMB yearly airfare allowance end of the contract

Off campus accommodation allowance provided the amount of 1800RMB

Work permit, foreign expert certificate, and Z-visa sponsored and paid for

18 hours of teaching and 5 hours of administration per week.
