We are looking for Native English Teachers only who want to come to Shenzhen and teach English. Dealing with kids is never easy so we prefer teachers who can be patient with these little angels.

Teachers will work with students who are aged from 5 to 9.

Working hours :

• 5 working days / week
• 2 days off / week. These 2 days off are not weekend. But you will have a fixed 2 days off.
• Days off will be informed by the teaching director of each school
• On weekdays: 3PM - 9PM ( including 1 hour for dinner )
• On weekend: 9AM - 6PM or 10AM - 7PM ( including 1 hour for lunch )

1. Benefits

• Basic salary :
• 15,000 RMB and the teacher is required to do these following:
• Complete 53 teaching hours / month ( if the school does not have enough 53 teaching hours, the teacher still get paid 15,000 RMB )
• Each teaching hour is 45 minutes
• Each class is 2 teaching hours ( 90 minutes )
• So teacher can accomplish 53 teaching hours in 3 weeks and do extra teaching hours in week 4 to earn more money
• Class fee :
• From teacher hour number 54, teachers will get paid 90 RMB / teaching hour
• So teacher can make more money by doing extra classes
• For each student to sign up, teachers earn 50 RMB / signed up student
• After 1 semester, if the student renew their contract with the school, the teacher earns 50 RMB / student
• No Housing allowance
• We reimburse up to 8,000 RMB by the end of 1 year contract ( for airfare and visa bill )
• Teachers need to keep their air tickets bills, visa bills, and by the end of 1 year contract , teacher need to present their bills to the school to get the reimbursement
• We’ll take care of visa and work permit

1. Teachers’ qualification

Native English Speaker.

BA Degree: or above (Education and Language degrees given top priority) preferred.

TESOL or TEFL certificate prefered.

Teaching Experience Preferred.
