About the EIP Program

The EIP Program has been designed for school children of top public primary schools in Beijing to acquire better English proficiency and better knowledge of English-speaking countries, their people and cultures.

Every year, we invite native English speakers to teach English as foreign teachers or interns at our Program Schools in Beijing.

All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:

• Native speakers from major English-speaking countries

• 4-year college / university degree

• Teaching, working or tutoring experience with kids preferred

• 100+ hour TEFL certificate

Compensation:

• RMB 6,000 per month based on a 16-hour weekly teaching load *

• Reimbursed international airfare (up to RMB 8,000)

• Free accommodation

• Paid holidays

• National holidays

• Free accident insurance coverage (teachers required to take out their own medical insurance)

• Visas: Sponsorship of “Z” work visa or “F” business visa.

• Free airport pickup upon arrival

• 10 month contract

• Full teaching curriculum provided

* higher paying contracts are available for a 22 hour per week teaching schedule
