All applicants are required to have an interview and/or do a demo class. (Skype interviews can be arranged for those not in the Harbin area).

Job Description:

Based on the resources, teachers are expected to provide students with interactive classes. Instruct students in key grammar and vocabulary. Give students advice and feedback on their English levels and ways to improve, especially in relation to IELTS and TOEFL exams. Fulfill the requirements of the contract. Arrive at work in time to prepare classes, in suitable attire with a good attitude.

Requirements:

The applicant should:

1. Be a native English speaker. Applicants from the USA, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa are preferred.

2. Have a Bachelor's degree or above. A TEFL, ESL, TESOL certificate holder is also desirable.

3. Have at least two years teaching (or related) work experience.

4. Engage students and be creative in their teaching approach.

6. Enjoy teaching and be patient with the students.

7. Be willing to cooperate with colleagues, and work in a team environment.
