About the school:
We are a private training center with a strong reputation for results. We demand good behavior from our students and this translates to a better overall learning environment. We have incredible resources and teaching materials ordered directly from our partner agency in the United States. While our school has been established for a few years, the program is still in its infancy, so we will need your leadership to flesh out the best methods and use for the materials. There are guided resources and suggestions included with the materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (teaching degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years teaching experience
Previous Head Teacher experience preferred
Responsible and reliable
Dedicated and passionate about teaching
Strong Leadership Skills
Job Expectations:
Provide regular training for the teaching staff
Teach classes as needed
Develop and improve the teaching curriculum
Develop and improve the standard operating procedure of the school
Benefits:
Basic salary range of 14,000-20,000rmb (depending on experience)
Shared apartment provided or 1500rmb housing allowance

About the School: Our team is incredibly supportive of the teachers, and the support goes beyond the classroom. From the moment you arrive in China, we will meet you at airport, guide you through your day-to-day errands and assist you in anyway until you feel comfortable enough with your new environment. The staff is always available to help you navigate the city and the Chinese language!
We teach students, age 4-12, spoken English skills and help them prepare for their futures. Our classes are small (no more than 10 students) and there is always a Chinese teacher to assist the foreign teacher. We are a private company and we are dedicated to our focus: we are in business to help students learn and progress with English.
