Heihe, Heilongjiang, 8000 P/mth, Furnished Apt, Z-visa, Start Asap

We are a private training center in northeastern China. Auspac School is currently seeking one or two teachers to start ASAP. We mostly teach students of the ages 4 to 12.
This kind of work opportunity is quite rare in China. We are a small school, with only 6 employees currently. I'm Nate, the foreign teachers' supervisor from the US...so most issues that the foreign teacher has, he/she can just come directly to me about it. We worse close together here and are all very friendly and welcoming people. The boss is a young Chinese guy that lived abroad for 7 years and fully understand English and Western culture. His wife is the accountant and then there are a few teachers. That's it.
The job is good.
25 maximum hours a week (less most likely), no office hours, and 2 consecutive days off each week. Lessons are a combination of one on one's and small group lessons. We are fully certified to hire foreign teachers and can provide a z-visa/residence permit for the teacher. As you should know, foreign teachers working on F-visas, L-visas, or anything other than z-visa/Residence permits are working illegally. Here at Auspac, we do everything on the up and up.

Requirements:
Native English speaker,
BA degree or above,
good attitude/work ethic

Heihe is an interesting border city, borders Russia. There is a mixture of Russian and chinese culture here. A very unique place in China, indeed.
Yes, it gets cold here, but the heating systems in the apartments are great... very warm and cozy.
