High Paying Positions in an Upstart Progressive Kindergarten

Who we are:

We are a new Kindergarten in Fujian Provence seeking to provide a different kind of education for our students. We are looking to cultivate creative and independent young children who are well prepared to enter school in schools both in Mandarin Chinese and English. As well as prepare the students for a healthy and sustainable life. We don’t teach English with flashcards and rote memorization, we teach by getting students engaged in projects that kids love creating memories for them for the rest of their lives. We have a true bilingual program with half the day in English and Half the day in Chinese.

We are located in the Ancient city of Quanzhou in the Fujian province. This area has the advantages of having a moderate climate and a low cost of living.

What we are looking for:

* We are seeking a highly qualified principal who is excited about creating an innovative, supportive and progressive learning environment. 
* In addition we are looking for teachers who are eager to use their creativity to engage students.

What we are offering:

Principal 
* 20,000-30,000 RMB (after tax)

Teachers 
* 15,000-20,000 (after tax)

All positions 
* 8,000 RMB end of contract bonus. 
* 15-30 days Paid holidays depending on length of employment.

* Visas and health insurance

What we expect

Principal 
* At least 5 years experience working in Education. 
* At least 1 year experience working in a leadership position. 
* Native English Speaker

Teacher 
* At least 2 years experience in education 
* Native English Speaker
