Salary Standards: 

• The salary for program teachers are based on teachers’ educational background and working experience.
• The starting salary is 250,000RMB/year (before tax ) and 10,000RMB/year (before tax) added with the increase of working experience/year. The maximum salary is 320,000RMB/year (before tax).
• If the teacher has no teacher certificate, the annual salary is 240,000-275,000RMB.
• The contract will last for 12 months, among which there are less than 10 months for working and 2 months for vacation.
