[hiring] ESL Teachers for International Training Center

Responsibilities:

- Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly)

- Give demos to new students and do marketing activities

- Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required

- Handle all class sizes: 4 to 6 students

Working time:

- 5 working days per week, available on weekend

- 30 working hours per week (22 teaching + 8 flexible hours)

Remuneration package:

1. Basic salary up to 18000 RMB monthly (depends on your qualifications)
2. Bonus system:

            - Contract completion bonus: 9000 RMB

            - Bonus for successful demos, customer retention, and new teacher recommendation

            - Quarterly evaluation bonus: from 300 to 1000 RMB depending on your performance

            - Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching

3. Allowance system:

            - Housing allowance: 1800 RMB monthly

            - Reimbursement of flights tickets to China: maximum 6000 RMB

            - Flight allowance: 6000 RMB on the completion of the contract

Requirements:

- Native English speaker preferred

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, majored in education preferred

- At least 2 years related experience

- TEFL / TESOL certificate preferred
