Homeroom Teacher (16,000 Cny/month, Working Visa, Beijing)

Job Description:

1. Number of positions available: 3

2. Starting date: September, 2013

3. Working days: Monday to Friday

4. Working hours: 8:00-11:30; 14:00-16:30

5. Subject: English

6. Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing

7. Age Range: 2-6 years old

8. Class size: 15-20

9. Additional information: You will be provided with all teaching materials

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning environment in the classroom.
2. Communicate with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students' progress.
3. Administer standardized tests in accordance with established procedures set for the Program.

4. Participate in curriculum development programs and some activities organized by the school

5. Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, keep appropriate records

6. Class Teacher: Be responsible for all the teaching, making teaching plans and the daily life of the children

English Teacher: Mainly be responsible for the English teaching, children activities and creating English learning environment for the children

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Degrees: BA degree minimum

2. Time/Experience: Over 2 years of related working experience

3. Other qualifications: English or early childhood education major preferred

4. Level of English: Native English speaker required

5. When to start: Septermber 1st, 2013

6. Personality: Active, positive and energetic

Salary and Benefits:

1. Base salary: Classroom Teacher: 10,000—16,000 CNY/month
   English Teacher: 8,000--13,600 CNY/month (Classroom/ English teacher definition above)
2. Accommodation allowance: 2000 CNY/month
3. Visa given: Z Visa provided
4. Holidays: Two weeks paid summer holiday and one week paid winter holiday
5. Flights: Round-trip tickets up to 10,000 CNY per year
6. Insurance: Provide China Life Insurance
