Two of the kindergartens are run more on the lines of international schools and implement the prestigious International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. At these schools we seek only the best and brightest teachers with qualifications to teach in their home country.

We currently employ around 100 foreign teachers and are the only private school to be rated with 5 stars for foreign teacher management in Chengdu.
We have an excellent reputation for treating our foreign teachers well and on average our teachers stay for 3 years and sometimes up to 12 years.

Salary range:
*IB PYP Teacher: 20,000RMB-25,000RMB (depending on experience). Whole subject PYP teacher, responsible for teaching one class group.

Working time:
Monday to Friday, weekend off;
35 hours per week, of which no more than 27.5 hours will be primary teaching hours.
Daily working time: 08:00am-12:00pm; 14:00pm-16:30pm

Requirements:
* Applicants from English as primary language countries only;
* University degree in any subjects, Early Years Childhood Education, Primary Education preferred;
* TEFL/TESOL/CELTA 120 hours certificate, or home country Teaching License will be preferred;
* At least two years'teaching experience, teaching in preschool or kindergarten age will be preferred;
* Loves children
* Willing to learn
* Must be able to provide criminal background check if necessary.
