IELTS BUSINESS MANAGER BINH DUONG

If you have successfully launched, expanded and operated an IELTS business line and enjoyed the process, this job is for you! We are looking for driven experienced business manager who want to express their talents in a modern and fast-moving environment.

You will be in charge of operating and expanding our IELTS business unit, so that we become the best IELTS centre for adults in HCMC.

You will report to: Chief Of Operation

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the profitability of the business line

• Ensures the level of satisfaction of clients

• Manages the P&L and the academic side of the business line

• Expands profitably the business line by creating and implementing new IELTS complementary products

• Keep operating the existing product line

Top line Key Performance Indicators

• Profitability (margin and value)

• IELTS enrolment

• Students’ satisfaction (NPS and guaranteed score)

Requirements:

• Proven track record of business unit management including launching, expanding and operating a new product line

• Strong experience with IELTS market and products

• Ability to develop syllabus/curriculum

• Ability to recruit, train and manage teachers

• Creative approach to marketing within allocated budgets

• Wide network in the universities / oversea agents / examination industry

• Able to manage foreign teachers / head teachers as well as Vietnamese team members

• Able to work directly with head of operation and sales managers to coordinate the sales, marketing and service efforts

• Strong cross functional background is required including a strong understanding of Marketing, sales, service, finance and operation

• Good English (UW3+), preferably with an IELTS score of 7.0+

• Based in head office in LQD, comfortable with travelling to multiple centres
