SAT or Relevant Course Instructor

• Provide one-on-one or regular group class instruction to Chinese high schoolers

• Focus on improving student performance on the SAT Reasoning Test, while Subject Tests, SSAT, TOEFL, academic writing, critical reading, and American culture and history tutoring are also involved

• Combine the features of SAT test with the learning nature of Chinese students to substantially improve students’ academic English language proficiency, critical thinking, and academic writing ability

Full time

Compensation & Benefits

• 12000RMB or above

• The exceeded teaching hours will be paid

Working schedule and responsibility

• Monthly maximum teaching hour: 90 Office hour (8 hrs/day)

• Conduct courses in accordance with set schedule

• Frequent communication with relevant departments or certain coordinators to maintain the flow of info and to better solve the foreseeing or existing problems in teaching process

• Correct homework and essays answer student questions during office hours

• Develop curriculum for required programs

• Participate in marketing activities such as giving presentations and demo classes,or meeting with prospective students and their parents

Part-time

• 200-400 RMB /hour

Qualifications and Requirements

• 25 to 45 years of age

• Bachelor's degree or above from top U.S. Universities

• TEFL, ESL, or TESOL certificate holder is preferred

• Have at least one year teaching experiencewith SAT subject test, AP, science or other relevant teaching experience will be given priority to

• Excellent graduates majored in education/educational administration will be taken into consideration

• Patient, easy-going, with strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational skills and teamwork spirit

• With intermediate or advanced Mandarin will be given preference

• Familiarity with the Chinese education system will be given preference
