International Baccalaureate (ib) Teacher in Bilingual School in Beijing

International Baccalaureate (IB) Teacher
Location: Beijing, Shunyi District
Starting: August-September, 2019
Main Responsibilities:
-40 working hours per week (8:00 am-4: 30 pm from Monday to Friday).
-Irregular overtime work (with paying) at weekends (taking part in the International Fair for recruiting students).
-Student ages: 3 – 12 years old.
– Give 20 or more lessons in a week.
-Create/prepare teaching materials base on the curriculum plan, manage budgets on classroom teaching materials of his/her own class.
-Maintain a good environment of his/her classroom with professional/respectful manner,
including academic atmosphere, student discipline management, activities organization
-Coordinate with the Campus Principal, Academic Lead to establish academic tasks and enrich
new teaching skills, strategies.
-Join the school development events, campus marketing events, Demon classes, etc. to help the school to expand its brand value.
-Join teaching training in order to improve teaching skills.
-Greeting students and parents, keep a good professional relationship with parents and the public.

Wages and benefits:
-monthly salary: 20000RMB-30000RMB/month (negotiable)
-summer holiday and winter holiday with minimum wage
-Professional teaching training with on-going program supervision

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree is required, majoring Education related (Chinese, English mathematics, science, biology. etc) preferred
– IB certificate
–Minimum 3-year teaching experiences in the IB course
