Qualifications: Morgan Henry Bilingual Kindergarten is in search of a high achieving International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IBPYP) Coordinator/Kindergarten Co-teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. MHKids uses the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IBPYP) as a curriculum framework and provides training if needed. A TEFEL or TESOL certification, four years of teaching experience, a bachelor’s degree, and being a native English speaker are required. Management experience and early childhood training are preferred. Experience in an IBPYP school is preferred. The organization values the ability to work well as a team member, experience and competence with children, excellent spoken and written skills, as well as a positive attitude. Applicants must be team players that are professional, flexible, and high energy. The ideal candidate will ensure a nurturing, safe, and educational environment through their commitment to inquiry-based, constructivist education.
