International Kindergarten Director - Qingdao, Yanjiao (¥ 30-35)

LOCATION: QINGDAO (Shandong province) and YANJIAO (Hebei province)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implementing various safety systems in kindergartens to ensure safety

- Conduct supervision for subordinates, and continuously improve quality of work

- Complete the company's business indicators

- Management of enrollment, financial management, human resources management, improve various rules and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

- College degree or above, preschool education and other related majors

- Understand and be familiar with Montessori teaching principles and teaching methods

- Montessori certificate, teacher certificate or other relevant certification

- At least 3 years of international kindergarten director management experience

- Have a certain sense of marketing management and group management awareness
